Adopt a Delta Dog!

Lucky

Hello! My name is Lucky and I am looking for my new home! My people are unsure about my age, but they are guessing that I might be somewhere between 4 and 8 years old, and I appear to be a chocolate lab mix. I weigh around 70 pounds and should lose a few pounds! I might just be the happiest guy you will ever meet, and my tail never stops wagging! I am incredibly sweet and love my people! I have a lot of energy, and I would love an active family or a fenced in yard! I may do well in a home with cats, and I would love a dog friend! My new family will need to be committed to continuing my positive reinforcement training and should be prepared to sign me up for training classes. I appear to be mostly house-trained. Please reach out if you think you are the perfect home for me!

Stanley

Hello! My name is Stanley and I am looking for my new home! I am around two years old and appear to be a lab/retriever mix. I am such a handsome boy, with the most beautiful red coat and the squishiest face! I weigh around 70 pounds. I’m a goofy, happy boy, and I am incredibly sweet! I’m happiest walking alongside my person with my nose on the ground smelling everything! I am a hound mix, and I bark sometimes so I am looking for a family who lives in a home. I would love a fenced in yard or an active family! I would also love a playful dog friend in my new home to play with! I may do well in a home with a cat who has been around other dogs before, but I might be a bit too boisterous for shy kitties. I may do well in a home with older kids. I’m also hoping to find a family to help me learn my house manners. My new family will need to be committed to continuing my positive reinforcement training and should be prepared to sign me up for training classes. I appear to be mostly house-trained. Please reach out if you think you are the perfect home for me!

Lena

Hello! My name is Lena and I am looking for my new home! I am around two years old and appear to be a lab/hound mix. I am a petite girl and I weigh around 50 pounds. I’m such a silly, bouncy girl, and I frequently make my people laugh! I am incredibly sweet and love to curl up in my people’s laps! I love to cuddle and show my people how much I love them! I’m a hound at heart, and I have a loud voice! I am looking for a home who will accept me for who I am, goofy hound baying included. Because of this, I am looking for a family who lives in a home. I have a lot of energy, and I would love a fenced in yard or an active family! I would also love a dog friend in my new home to play with! I may do well in a home with a cat who has been around other dogs before, but I might be a bit too boisterous for shy kitties. I may do well in a home with older kids. I am very smart and food motivated, and I love to learn new things! My new family will need to be committed to continuing my positive reinforcement training and should be prepared to sign me up for training classes. I appear to be mostly house-trained. Please reach out if you think you are the perfect home for me!

NO APARTMENTS OR CONDOS

I/we understand and agree that I/we need to keep our newly adopted dog on a leash at all times when outside of a securely fenced area until training and bonding occur. Use management to prevent problem behaviors and positive reinforcements to teach the dog what to do. I agree to not use punishment or equipment that is based on punishment such as electronic collars, prong collars or choke collars. We recommend using a freedom or Easy Walk Harness and a Martingale or a headcollar if a strong puller .
