Thank you for your interest in Operation Delta Dog’s service dog program. In our program, veterans diagnosed with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), MST and/or Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) do not receive a fully-trained service dog; instead you will take an active role in helping train your dog. Training takes place over a period of twelve to eighteen months, is physical in nature (walking, bending over, etc.), and does require travel to local training facility in Hollis, New Hampshire.

Dogs are provided to selected veterans completely free of charge.

Read our Service Dog FAQ page for eligibility requirements and other information about the program.  If you believe you meet the eligibility requirements and a service dog is right for you, you can access a pdf of our Veteran Application here to apply. For any further questions regarding the application process, please email us at apply@operationdeltadog.org
